I had a fantastic stay where the peaceful sleeping environment allowed me to fully relax, and the live piano performance in the restaurant added a charming touch to our evenings, making it feel special after a day of exploring the nearby National Park and the beautiful Innisfallen Abbey.

Had a fab stay! The views from our family room were just stunning, and the bed was soooo comfy. Breakfast was delish, lots of options, really one of the best I've had. The staff were super friendly, but the drinks at the bar were pretty pricey and not that special. Overall, a great experience!

I had an lovely experience at this hotel! The amazing views of the lakes from my Classic King Room were nice, allowing me to unwind while soaking in nature's beauty. The spa was a highlight-my pregnancy massage was not only relaxing but rejuvenating, a slice of heaven!

It would have been nice to know about the new thermal suite hours in advance!!! Also, a bit of liveliness in the bar would enhance the experience since it often felt deserted and dull.

We enjoyed a lovely stay, particularly relishing the breathtaking views over the lake. The kids loved the spacious room which offered enough space for everyone to be comfortable. Dining experiences were a highlight, with delicious meals that catered to all tastes.

In my kids' opinion, the pool area could use better supervision to ensure families feel comfortable. It would also be great if the spa had more capacity for families looking to relax together.

The room was super cozy and had an amazing view of the lake. The bed felt like a cloud, perfect for a good night's sleep. Everything was clean and well taken care of, which made me feel right at home. I loved the spaciousness of the suite too. No noise from outside or within the hotel, so it was really peaceful. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience even better.

The swimming pool felt somewhat basic, and while it was warm, the spa left much to be desired compared to others around the country. A couple of guests, clearly too tipsy, behaved inappropriately in the hot tub, which detracted from the overall experience. The location had an unfortunate view of a graveyard from some rooms, which could dampen the mood for those unaware beforehand.
